What does IP69K actually mean?

Do I need IP69K in every zone of my plant?
No. IP69K matters in direct wash-down and CIP zones — production floor, packaging lines, anywhere a hose or foam cannon reaches. Dry storage and office areas typically only need IP65/IP66. We spec each zone to its actual cleaning regimen rather than over-building the whole plant.
Can these fixtures go in a dust-hazard area, like a flour or sugar line?
IP69K is a wash-down and sealing rating, not a combustible-dust classification. Dry-ingredient handling areas (flour, sugar, milk powder) may need a separate Class II dust-rated fixture — tell us your zone and dust type and we'll spec accordingly.
What's the difference between the SWD and the HB12?
The SWD is a round sealed high bay suited to higher-ceiling production halls. The HB12 is a linear fixture built for lower-clearance lines, cold rooms, and inspection tables, where CRI 90+ color accuracy matters for grading and quality control.
